DISCLAIMER

While we do what we can to provide a safe environment, accidents do happen and we are not responsible for any injuries that occur during lessons. If a medical emergency does occur, the coach/teacher will help call for an ambulance but we are not financially responsible.

SIGN-UP

​

A minimum of 6 children are need to form a group. If there are not enough sign-ups as the deadline approaches, parents will be notified. In this case, there will be an option to join another group during the same session (if available), receive credit for the future, or families may be refunded the full amount.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

​

• Refunds will NOT be given for non-attendance at a paid-for program.

• Soccer lessons will be held rain or shine as showers are part of life in Hawai’i. Please dress your child appropriately for the weather. 
• If the weather is deemed too extreme (high winds or flash floods) by the owner, coaches will contact parents to cancel. If the lesson is cancelled, the payment will be used toward a rescheduled lesson but will not be eligible for a refund. If a parent cannot make the rescheduled lesson, they can join a makeup lesson at a different location or receive credit towards the next session.​

• Last minute cancellations will result in a week added onto the session or credit.

MEDIA CONSENT

​

Unless otherwise notified by the parent, we will be taking photographs and videos of the lessons to be used for our website and social media. We will never release names or any information about the children in our program.
